Thank you for purchasing from Zenith. Please read this policy carefully before completing your purchase.

Overview

All products sold through Zenith are digital products delivered electronically. Because of the nature of digital goods, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, cancellations, or exchanges on any purchases.

By placing an order on our website, you agree to and accept this Refund & Return Policy.

Digital Product Delivery

All digital products are delivered instantly upon successful payment. You will receive access to your purchased product(s) via email and/or direct download link immediately after checkout. It is your responsibility to ensure you provide a valid email address at the time of purchase.

Because digital products are delivered immediately and cannot be "returned" in the way physical goods can, we are unable to process refunds once a purchase has been completed and the product has been made available to you.

No Refund Policy

We do not issue refunds for any reason, including but not limited to:

  • Change of mind after purchase
  • Failure to use or download the product
  • Dissatisfaction with the product content
  • Purchasing the wrong product
  • Duplicate purchases
  • Incompatibility with your device (our products are delivered as standard PDF and/or Google Sheets files accessible on all modern devices)
  • Claiming you did not authorize the purchase (all purchases require active checkout completion and payment confirmation)

Exceptions

We want every customer to be able to access their purchase. If you experience a technical issue that prevents you from accessing or downloading your product — such as a broken download link, corrupted file, or missing delivery email — please contact us within 7 days of purchase and we will resolve the issue promptly.

Technical support is limited to ensuring delivery of the product you purchased. It does not include refunds, content changes, or personalized assistance beyond product access.

Chargebacks & Disputes

By completing a purchase, you agree that you are making an authorized transaction and that you will not file a chargeback, dispute, or payment reversal with your bank, credit card company, or payment provider for any completed purchase.

Filing a fraudulent chargeback or payment dispute on a valid transaction is a violation of this agreement. We reserve the right to dispute any chargeback filed and provide evidence of the completed transaction, product delivery confirmation, and acceptance of this policy at checkout.

Order Cancellations

Because digital products are delivered instantly upon purchase, orders cannot be cancelled after payment has been processed. There is no window for cancellation once checkout is complete.

Pricing & Promotions

All prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice. Promotional pricing, discounts, or sales are valid for the stated period only. Purchasing a product at full price does not entitle you to a retroactive discount if a sale occurs after your purchase.

Bundled Products & Upsells

Any additional products purchased as part of an order bump, upsell, or bundle are subject to this same Refund & Return Policy. All items within a bundle are considered a single transaction and cannot be partially refunded or returned.

Intellectual Property

All digital products sold through Zenith are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. Upon purchase, you are granted a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the product for your own personal or business use.

You may not resell, redistribute, share, upload, or make available any purchased product to any third party without express written permission. Violation of these terms may result in legal action.

Limitation of Liability

Zenith provides digital educational and informational products. We make no guarantees regarding specific results, income, or outcomes from using our products. Any examples, figures, or case studies referenced in our products are for illustrative purposes only and should not be interpreted as a promise or guarantee of earnings.
